A full English and continental breakfast is included with all room bookings when staying on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast is served in the guesthouse between 7.30am and 9.30am.

You can check-in from 2pm and check-out is 10.30am. You are welcome to leave your luggage at an earlier time or to arrive earlier at the b and b, if we're notified. Our Duke and Coach rooms can sleep four people making them perfect for families. Each family room had a king-size bed and a comfortable, sturdy pull-out double sofa bed. A travel cot, highchair and microwave can also be provided if required. Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed at the bed and breakfast. Smoking is not allowed in the guesthouse but smoking is allowed in the gardens and an ashtray is provided for your convenience.
