Hanger Down House Bed and Breakfast or Self Catered Guest Rooms

Our three rooms, the Duke, Duchess and Coach rooms, at Hanger Down House B and B all have comfortable king size leather-framed beds with quality linen. Our Duke and Coach rooms, being the larger rooms, also have sturdy pull-out double beds making them perfect for families. The en-suite facilities for all three guest rooms are generously proportioned and have powerful pump showers, electric shaver points, large Victorian-style sinks, toilets and heated towel rails with quality bath towels.

All our guest rooms are dual aspect making them bright and airy and offer picturesque views of the Arundel countryside and woodland. Young deer are often spotted in the adjacent fields by our guests!

Our renovated bed and breakfast rooms all have real wood floors, solid wood furniture and hand-crafted built-in wardrobes. Kick back and relax in your in-room comfortable leather sofa while watching the Freeview LCD TV or get ready for a night on the town at your dressing table with mirror. We want your stay to be easy and comfortable so have made sure everything you could need is in your room; ironing board, iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with icebox. The guesthouse, of course, has wi-fi available throughout.

New for 2021 - We have now installed a fully fitted kitchen in the spacious breakfast/dining room which has a Smeg oven and induction hob, family size American fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space so that you feel truly at home. Use of kitchen is solely for self catered reservations only, when reserving all 3 rooms for private occupancy.

The bed and breakfast area is in an adjoining wing of the main house and has a separate, private entrance for guests. We also have a large parking area on our private drive, enough for five cars.
